In Lansing, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Michigan, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.

Michelle, Lara and everyone are extremely helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was efficient and thorough. Iβve been more than satisfied with my care.

Dr. Montestersky goes above and beyond for his patients. He is incredibly helpful and really understands his patients needs. I couldnβt recommend a better doctor.

I took my daughter to see Sarah about a medical issue and Sarah didnβt even look at it for more than half a second before saying she is fine and making recommendations. She was very nice and made good recommendations, but she didnβt look at the problem and my daughter ended up continuing with this problem which also affected her peers. I have been taking my kids there for years and it has slowly gone down hill since Dr. Will and Dr Wendy retired. We ended up having to deal with the problem ourselves, which shouldnβt have been the case.

My husband and I went to see Sarah as new patient; we moved here from Wisconsin. She was very unprofessional with no bedside manner. I have been taking a narcotic prescribed for the past several years; my husband and I were prepared for this new patient appointment, we brought our medication bottles to provide extra assurance for our medications to be filled as soon as possible. (We were hoping) The way that she entered my dosage and mg; has now had me in withdrawals, I have a history of severe seizures with a TBI. Me being in withdrawals is extra terrifying to me as I can have a seizure as follows; let alone being afraid of when/ where/or how bad will the next seizure be, i 100% regret going to see Sarah.

It's super easy to make an appointment. I also like that the new patient paperwork can be done online. I love that I can make appointments and get in within a week or 2. I usually only have to wait 10 min or less in the waiting room. However, you do wait a bit longer in the exam room before being seen by the doctor. Sarah is nice but keeps the visits short and to the point. She doesn't ask many questions at all. My paperwork said that they educated me on things they didn't even talk to me about. I feel as if I'm just a number here and that my needs are not top priority. Also no labs were never done when I came in for my first yearly physical. The doctor told me that because I got my labs drawn at my OBGYN recently I didn't need labs done. However my OBGYN was only testing things related to my woman's health. A full blood work up was never done. I have mixed feelings about this office. Not the most professional. You need to make sure to be your own advocate because they won't do it if you don't ask for it. Bare minimum.
